Your oral hygiene routine should also involve flossing your teeth at least once a day and using a fluoride substance or treatment daily.

Everyone’s dental situation is different, and we recommend scheduling an appointment with your dentist to know the most beneficial instruments to use while you are brushing, flossing, and nourishing your teeth. For now, we recommend using:

• A toothbrush that has soft bristles
• Fluoride-contained toothpaste
• Strong and durable floss
• Fluoride or preventive mouth rinse
